Shipping Policy

- If you are not in the area and would like us to ship your order to you, choose Add Shipping Invoice as your shipping option. We'll then pack your order and send you a payable shipping invoice. Once the shipping invoice is paid, your order will ship out to you.

We are a small company & can not offer free shipping, only free curbside pick-up at our Carmichael location.

 - Once your plants are ready for travel (1 to 2 weeks @ your plant's discretion), we'll make contact with you via email to either set up a pick-up time or to arrange your shipping date.

 - We ship plant orders from Tues - Thurs each week via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. You'll receive an email with the tracking information when your order ships.

- We ship supply orders Tues - Thurs via USPS & UPS Ground. You will receive an email confirmation from USPS or UPS with the tracking information for your package(s).


- In-stock items ship as soon as possible. If an item is on back-order and will cause an extended delay in the shipping of your order we will notify you. We make our mixes by hand, so it can take a few extra days to fulfill your order.


- Our suppliers have been amazing in keeping us stocked, yet we are currently encountering shipping delays which can cause a hiccup or two down the line. We try our best to keep you informed, please contact us with any concerns.
